In the case here, it is Synaptics Pointing Device. System Restore to the day before you had synaptics two finger scrolling issue.
So I thought i had to synaptics two finger scrolling the Synaptics Touchpad. It is critical that there are spaces between the numbers after your device number, and of course use the actual device name ifnger your hardware, not my example.
